Programming of PLC controls - Beckhoff, Siemens
Almost every machine in the manufacturing industry is now controlled by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). PLCs are used, among others, to automate machines or production lines. Based on your mechanical concept and expectations, our engineers will design, implement, test and commission a PLC-based system. Many years of experience also allows us to provide support in case of faults in systems created by other contractors.
The following systems, among others, have been used in the projects we have implemented so far: TwinCAT v2, TwinCAT v3, Step7 Classic, TIA Portal, CodeSys, PC Worx.
Programming Safety PLCs
Apart from standard PLCs, we also have experience in programming Safety PLCs. Nowadays the requirements for systems and machines are very high. For our customers it is not only about performance but also about safe operation. The use of Safety PLCs gives comfort of professional protection of modern systems, machines and complete production lines.
In this respect, we have experience in the implementation of BECKHOFF TwinSAFE, SIMATIC Distributed Safety, Wieland samos® PRO, Pilz PNOZmulti, Kuka SafeOperation.
Industrial networks
Nowadays, almost every system uses fieldbus for the communication of distributed objects. Their use reduces the number of electrical connections, thus simplifying cabling.
Classic fieldbuses, e.g. CAN-Bus, PROFIBUS based on popular serial communication protocols are systematically replaced by solutions based on Industrial Ethernet, which guarantee the time-determined transmission of a data packet.
Compared to conventional solutions, Industrial Ethernet provides much higher performance, potentially unlimited number of devices and range, while simplifying the network infrastructure and its maintenance through a common medium control system.
Due to the simple configuration, the short commissioning time and the low installation costs, we usually implement field networks based on the industry standard Ethernet. Many of our customers are interested in the EtherCAT network originally developed by Beckhoff Automation and the PROFINET industrial network launched by Siemens, which can be implemented and operated by us.
An invaluable facilitation is the connection of the industrial network to the corporate network, which gives us more reliable and cost-effective remote access to the field network, greatly accelerating the response to problems that require the intervention of our engineers.
We are also happy to integrate security functions into a field network based on the Ethernet standard.
Depending on the requirements, hardware limitations or other factors, we undertake the implementation of field networks in a form most suitable for our customers.
Remote support
We provide our customers with assistance not only on site, but also offer remote service and programming. Using the latest IT solutions enabling online connections, we can both diagnose and program via the Internet. Thanks to this, a visit to the plant is often not necessary, which reduces time and reduces the cost of support or implementation of additional functionalities to a sufficient minimum.
