Administrator – Riexinger Automation Sp. z o.o., operating at the address: 41-200 Sosnowiec, 9 Partyzantów Street, with a tax identification number (NIP): 6443550613, providing services and storing and accessing information in your devices.

User – a person for whom the administrator provides services electronically through the service.

Device – electronic device with software, through which the user gets access to the service.

Objective of the Privacy Policy

The Administrator, as the owner of the service, respects the rights and freedoms of the service users and makes the utmost efforts to protect their data, with particular emphasis on the right to privacy protection. Therefore, we collect the minimum amount of information that allows us to ensure the correct operation of the service, to adjust it to the ever-changing expectations and technology, to maintain the possibility of contact with users filling in the forms, statistical analysis of the use of our service in order to further improve it and prepare the best possible content and increase its functionality. Among other things, within the scope of the aforementioned purposes, we collect and process the necessary data, including personal data of users. In order to explain the principles and mechanisms used to collect and process user data as accurately and easily as possible, we have created this www.riex.pl Privacy Policy.

Who is the data controller

The Administrator ensures that he protects all disclosed information in accordance with applicable regulations and safety standards, in particular:

1. The personal data collected by the Administrator is directly accessible in accordance with the 29th TYPE only to authorized employees or associates of the Administrator and authorized persons dealing with the Service who have been granted appropriate powers of attorney.

2. The Administrator declares that by commissioning other entities to provide services, he requires from partners, in accordance with the disposition of the 28th IDB, to ensure appropriately high standards of protection of the entrusted personal data, to sign appropriate entrustment agreements, in which partners confirm the application of the standards and the right to control the compliance of these entities with these standards.

3. In order to ensure proper protection of services provided by electronic means, the Service Administrator applies a high level of security.

4. Due to the public nature of the Internet network, the use of services provided by electronic means may be associated with risks, regardless of the Administrator’s compliance with due diligence.

What are cookies?

Cookies are files with informational data, performing a very important function, facilitating the use of the Internet, allowing for better, faster, safer and more convenient use. A cookie is automatically created when you visit a website and saved on your terminal device (computer, smartphone, tablet) and a copy is sent to a web server. Cookies allow you to recognize the user’s device and adjust the appearance and behavior of the website to your individual needs. Cookies are also needed if the user needs to log in.
